Be fit and well at 40 and beyond

Once I hit my ’40’s, my body started to change and not in ways I liked.  I’ve always liked exercising and I absolutely love eating!  However, I seemed to be gaining weight in areas I had never gained weight before – the dreaded bingo wings, the back fat and the muffin top.  I decided to exercise more and for longer but guess what?  That didn’t work!  I was getting fatter and felt sluggish, bloated and actually quite depressed.
And it wasn’t just me – most of my friends in their ’40s and ’50s were feeling the same.  
I decided we all had to “embrace” a different approach to our eating and fitness regimes.
