Support Team

Katie has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry; she is well and truly in midlife and has been through perimenopause, menopause and out the other side as well as surviving cancer!

This programme has been thoughtfully and meticulously put together so you can thrive, not just survive after 40!

The programme

The Embrace 30 Day Programme is perfect for any woman over 40 whose current exercise and nutrition regime just doesn’t seem to be working for her anymore.

The weight may be creeping up, you may be experiencing symptoms due to hormonal imbalances or you simply feel overwhelmed and perhaps your mojo has upped and gone

The programme consists of daily bitesize exercise videos (most last only 5 minutes!!) – every day will be a different exercise routine, working on different areas of the body. You are also encouraged to walk daily if possible, ideally outside in nature.

A daily meal plan will be sent to you – please note, this is NOT a diet!  You need to nourish your body with nutrient dense foods that keep your blood sugar levels stable and your energy at optimum levels.

Combining the exercise with the right foods means you will gradually feel yourself becoming more resilient both in mind and body.

This programme is also suitable for those people who have not exercised for a long time (possibly due to illness or an operation) or who have suffered the effects of Long Covid.

In summary:

  • An exercise routine sent to you every day for 30 days
  • A daily plan of what to eat every day for 30 days
  • Recipes
  • Shopping List
  • A call with Katie at the beginning and end of the programme.
  • Email support if you feel your motivation lacking!
